Letra de The lost spirit that dwelled within the light of the moon
Storm on the abyss
Featuring: Nehushtan
Grumium
In the year of eighteen ninety six,
the old cabin had long been deserted.
For thirty-two years it had been alone.
Then a family of three called it their home.
Thomas, Sarah, and Abigail Grace,
adored their rustic and humble abode.
But all was not perfect within the home.
Daughter Abigail’s room was always cold.
One September night while Abigail slept in her bed,
the moon began to luster through the clouds and trees.
Through Abigail’s window and onto the wooden floor,
the luminescence slowly poured into the darkened room.
Abigail was then stirred awake by a cold draft,
so she shivered and pulled the thick covers in tight.
She then felt an abnormal presence within the room,
so she turned to look around, but nothing was there. [Part I:]
She returned to her pillow and covers once again,
but Abigail was far too un-nerved to get anymore sleep.
So she laid there, eyes wide open,
pondering if she should go into her mother and fathers room.
‘But I am not a little girl anymore,’ Thought Abigail.
‘I do not have to go running into their room
over every thing that goes bump in the night.’
All of a sudden she felt something unexpected
brush across her arm.
Startled, she tried to jump out of bed and run away,
but suddenly some unseen force slammed
Abigail back onto her bed.
She tried to scream, but for some unknown reason
she could not open her mouth.
A dark and distorted shape drifted out of the moonlight,
and hovered over by a stunned and petrified Abigail.
“Where is she?” Whispered the dark and mysterious silhouette. In the year of eighteen ninety six,

[Part II:]
“How did you sleep last night?”
Spoke Sarah to Abigail as they sat
at the kitchen table that following mourning.
She noticed something different about Abigail,
but she couldn’t quite point it out.
‘Her posture seems a little different?
Or maybe it’s the way she combed her hair this morning?
I'm not sure.’
Abigail slowly turned her gazed towards
her mothers hazel eyes and smiled.
“I feel like I had slept for thirty years.”
Abigail
Where is she?
Abigail
Where has she gone?
