Its in my head, won't go away, can't stop the thoughts that drain me.
all form of control leaves and all i have is me.
a sheltered, black room, blank canvas no colour staining.
and i try to break this chain but all i feel is so cold.
I've tried hard to rid myself of this.
i've tried hard to wash away the hate.
