Community authorities preach constantly that noone here is safe anywhere, anymore, and every few days they are proven right. today's bomber picked a railway platform at rush hour and the aftermath was dreadfully familiar; the dead, the wounded, the debris. amongst the casualties an eight-day-old baby.
